At Nexon Supply, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully:
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Important Timeline: If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
No Returns on Opened Products
We do not accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed products.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to reject a return if the item appears used or tampered with.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If you ordered the wrong item, contact us immediately.
- Your item must be returned at your cost (see shipping terms below).
- Once inspected, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, a credit will be applied to your next purchase or refunded via your original payment method, based on the situation.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened, used, or damaged products not due to our error
- Sale items or discounted promotions
- Any item returned after the 14-day period
Exchanges
We only exchange products if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
If you need to request an exchange for the same item, email us at sales@nexonsupply.co.za and we'll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping Policy
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
For items over R1000, we recommend using a trackable courier service and purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.
